Funded account after Breakout's 2-Step: inherits the eval limits — 5% daily (equity-based, off the balance snapshot at 00:30 UTC, resets daily 00:30 UTC) and 8% TRAILING drawdown that trails the high-water mark of CLOSED positions (floating profit does not move it) and stops/locks once the floor reaches the initial balance. A payout LOWERS the high-water mark by the withdrawn amount, so withdrawals shrink the ceiling. No consistency rule.
